The Solar Curtain Wall in Tamarac, FL, has been a test site for Konarka Power Plastic. Our solar panels have delivered excellent results on both the south and surprisingly, the east facing wall as well.3form collaborated with Konarka to produce solar canopies. Power Plastic’s flexibility and lightness in weight make molding onto these curved surfaces easy.
 
Urban Architecture
Power Plastic provides both power and natural cooling to this carport in Florida. Electric vehicles can be recharged while being protected from the searing heat.This wi-fi enabled transit shelter in San Francisco shows off Power Plastic's beauty and flexibility in its roof. The success of this pilot project has resulted in hundreds more being built in California alone.
